Day 1 Bhaktapur – Makalbari -  Melamchi - Chimmti - Deurali
The day before yesterday I set an alarm for 4am but I woke up late than the time because the alarm didn’t ring. After waking up I just got ready to go Anuj’s home for getting a lift from him and before leaving home I woke up Kisham and told him to be at Tachapal. I was in dilemma to recognize the home of Anuj. I called him from the time I got off from the home but he was not receiving my called and I called Rabi to get ready as he was waiting for us and suggested to ring the bell. I rang the doorbell and Anuj's sister came to respond to me. She woke up him and I moved to Tachapal where Kisham was waiting for us. After reaching there Aashib joined us and moved to Rabi’s house. I was in shock where both Rabi and Anuj came to drop us. I was feeling whether they are dropping us or we were dropping them. Kisham was helped by his friend and Aashib was given a lift by Sarju. We moved at 5:40 am and reached Makalbari at 6:15am. On the way, Rabi and Sarju were ragging each other where I was informing them to stop it. We were 3 in one scooter and road from Thimi to Mulpani was off-road so it was making us uncomfortable. After reaching Makalbari we checked into the bus and moved to the canteen for tea. Everyone was enjoying the moments where I was searching for a charging port and after staying for 30 minutes we got into a bus for Chimti. Anuj Rabi Sarju and Bhadel farewell us by snapping the pictures. Our journey began with sharing the information and we were moving via Sankhu way where Bhaktapur was nearer from there. I was traveling this way for the first time but Kisham knew the way because he has already visited here for Jaharsingh Pauwa. Crossing Jaharsingh way we were getting the view of Jugal and Dorje Lakhpa where we are going for it. I was interacting with Kisham sharing my trek experiences and enjoying the view. I found Aashib was sleeping which made us laughed. The bus was overcrowded; we helped one of the female passenger’s sons keeping in our seat. We found driver and co-driver were so frank that they were having good bonding but I was worried because the driver was driving looking back to interact with co-driver. After driving for an hour’s bus got into the park for a break where we met up two pals Sabin and Ashis, they were also going to Panchpokhari. I was interacting with driver and co-driver but soon we got into Melamchi crossing hills over hills. We reached Melamchi at 9:55 am and after getting out from the bus we moved to suspension bridge and river.
@Indrawati river, Melamchi
I washed my face chanting water of Melamchi which we heard from our childhood but still, Melamchi hasn’t arrived in Kathmandu valley. We were known that the river name is Indrawati, we knew it after interaction with locals. We moved to a hotel for lunch we were surprised to have plenty of chicken stock which added happiness while having lunch. After lunch, I met up with Sabin and I knew that he is from the Newar community of Tokha. .We interacted in the Newari language as if we knew each other’s very closely.  After having lunch we bought water and resumed our traveling it took us 5 hours to reach Chimti. Mountain was getting closer and acting like playing hide and seeks with us because we were moving up getting closer to it. We reached Bhotang at 2 pm and the bus went to the other side for lifting passengers and goods.
 I got a chance to play my favorite South Indian movie songs which made me fresh and entertained. While the bus was parking we moved to the bus top floor to view the mountain where we found another 3 guys moving to Panchpokhari. After a few minutes I got down into the bus for Chimti and I found the bus was in control of off-road too. We were interacting with co-driver Hamal and Dulal, their act was making entertaining to us.
Aashib and I were so surprised to get the duplicate face of one of our school pals. We were informing him to snap pictures after getting down to Chimti and we reached Chimti at 2:45 pm and as per plan we requested him to have pictures but he was feeling shy to have pictures. Then we moved to a hotel for having tiffin. We 8 guys combined had tiffin for first and last because we 3 teams had their own plan and itinerary. After having noodles break we moved to Deurali at 3:15 pm. Driver and co-driver farewell us. We joined the owner of the Deurali hotel where we’re going to spend our night. I was interacting with her and other local ladies. They were so happy to meet us and they asked my aged but they heard 5 years more than my exact age. The hotel owner responded that we were of the same and I was in confusion about why they were having a laugh I asked her age and I was stunned to know that they were thinking me 5 years old than my exact age. I cleared out confusion but they got funny moments. We crossed the suspension bridge and I was feeling pity for her because she was carrying about 50 kgs load and walking hills with easiness but I was helpless. As expected very soon we reached Deurali were 3 guys moved ahead because they were carrying their own tent. We 5 got into hotel for spending the night.
We had a jar of tea and at 7 pm we had our lunch. We met up with other descending trekkers who were moving to Chimti.After dinner, everyone got into bed and I was interacting with Sabin about their trek itinerary I was shocked that they had a tight itinerary. I knew tomorrow they were departing very soon. Descending trekkers were increasing up at last as the whole room got full. The noise was rising up due to the movement of others trekkers and I was sleepless for night.

Day 2 Deurali -Tupi danda – Nasimpati.
I was sleepless for the whole night due to this I was observing others descending trekkers and Sabin. They moved so earlier towards their destination but we 3 were having relaxed and free. Kisham and Aashib wake up with good sleep. I moved to a water tap for getting fresh but water so cold that I was not able to touch to wash face but I brushed with cold because it had been 24 hrs that I hadn’t brush. After that, I moved to have tea where Aashib and Kisham were waiting for me. They were ready for walking and after clearing bills, we began our trek at 7:40 am. We were crossing up hills and up hills and walking for 30 minutes there we saw the tent guys. We were so surprised to see their tent I thought they had moved ahead. We were enjoying the nature and moments I requested Kisham to snap my pictures and snapping pictures were continuous.
The way was easier and flat due to this our pace was moderate. We met up woodcutter and I was interacting with them about their lives and Panchpokhari. One of the woodcutters was escorting me because I was walking together and he thought that I might forget the way. I was gaining information about the places and their lifestyles, we hang out for around 40 minutes then they left us at one point where we dispersed. I was walking with difficulty and tiredness because the way was inclined and I saw the checkpoint white flag was too far from us. We were walking at a normal pace so that we might not lose energy. Kisham and Aashib were walking front and I was walking at last enjoying the view having churpi (hardened cheese ). We met up 3 trekkers so we thought that we were at Tupi danda as reaching there I search for charge port but hotel owner Sinkey told there was not a charger port. It was only the last place to call and have a charge but due to the unavailability of electricity we missed to charge the phone and we last called at home informing then after there wouldn’t be a network. We spend there for hours cracking jokes with Sinkey. He informed thereafter there wouldn’t be the availability of water so, he advised us to carry water, and instead of water, we bought a red bull. We had very funny and entertaining moments with him. We resumed our trek at a fast pace than before because the way was quite good. Aashib and I were recalling the moments we had together before. We were walking on the dried leaves which reminded Langtang trek. It was reminding our ghass paat (cannabis)lover’s pals. We were imagining if they were here they might be cleaning out the ghass paat enjoying nature. Then after we viewed the river which recalled one of our trek pal Rabi who usually used to swim in the river or waterfalls and we planned to swim after the next day we returned from Panchpokhari.
We snapped our pictures at the riverside and stay there for minutes to enjoy the scenery. The not again inclined way was still there to reach Nasimpati, we walked for hours and at 12:30 pm we had tiffin break. We were striving and hunger making us difficult to adjust. Kisham was thanking God for being born in Bhaktapur, not in this remoteness. He was realizing the pain of remoteness and the struggle of the local people of this place.  I was listening to his words along with I was staring at another side of the forest, where I was imagining to have a small house with basic facilities. We were having food carried by us. We spend 40 minutes and viewed another checkpoint which was at the top. I was feeling to quit the trek and return back due to difficultness and in order to divert the mind, I was staring at mountains and hills. I was thinking why the ways were at the right side hills where the map shows we should move left. We were unknown about the way that the way was from the Chautara.
 We reached at Chorten (Buddhist shrine) where way from Chautara meets up there to move Panchpokhari. We had rest thinking that we were near to Nasimpati. We were enjoying the moments listening to music. I was laying my head down to control the tiredness and frustration. I was requesting them to move but they denied so I moved ahead. My god, the way was so tired making. We were walking in the mid of the forest. I felt a drop of water, I thought the rain was showering but it was of fog. I was walking slowly and steadily where Kisham and Aashib were moving so fast that the distance between us rises up. I was unable to view them so I raise my pace but as I walked fast I used to have severe pain in my stomach. I was thinking about reaching the hotel I would have noodles. I was walking chanting noodles and noodles. We reached Nasimpati at 4pm but I found the hotel was shut down. I was shocked thinking that we should walk ahead to the checkpoint thinking checkpoint was Nasimpati.Thank god one of the hotels was opened, as I reached there I ordered noodles where Aashib and Kisham were questioning for ordering it too earlier. We checked into and I requested the owner’s daughter Sushma to bring me drinking water. I was dehydrated so I had 3 glasses of cold water. Noodles were in our room so in order to kill my hunger I just attacked noodles but Kisham and Aashib were changing their dress. I advised them to have it soon because noodles were losing their heat.
I just enjoyed the noodles where both of them got out along with their noodles to have it viewing the natures. I was informing them to get in because fog-covered whole surroundings due to this nature view were lacking and Kisham replied we may not have this kind of moments so he denied my advice and stayed outside. I was lying in the bed because I was having a severe cold and for the first time ever I felt I should have carried topi and gloves. This was the first trek in which I was in full tight dress up from the beginning of the trek. The temperature was going down as night rises I wake to have fresh air and I found areas were full of fog so I moved to the kitchen were two Nepalese guides with their guest were enjoying the firewood heat. I was enjoying the moments but a smoky atmosphere made me get out very soon. I moved to a room where Aashib was lying in the bed then after Kisham joined him. I was not reacting to them about the evening activities and after a few minutes, one of the members of the tent guys arrived at our room. We were shocked to meet, he interacted in his own style oh bro how are you, bro? Meeting him Kisham and Aashib got so excited to interact with him. He told us that they had chicken of price Rs 2500 at Tupi danda. Hearing  Tupi danda we recalled an incident that occurred at Tupi danda but we didn’t share with him. Everyone got laugh hearing that chicken cost Rs 2500, which made our evening full of fun. He was in hotel to fetch water after spending 15 minutes he returned back to his tent.
I took their pictures to store it as memory. At 7 pm we were called out for dinner we moved to the kitchen. Kisham warned me to have little bit instead of throwing after tasting the dinner. After listening to his warning I was just shocked so I had it a little bit and I found the taste was so terrible. I just had three spoons of dinner then I move to the room. After a few minutes, Aashib and Kisham joined me to have sleep. We were unsatisfied with dinner but we were consoling and thanking god we got it knowing harsh life in these remote areas. We soon had slept but I was still unable to sleep due to coldness. This second day was too exhausting and strenuous than other days of the trek, which made me mentally weak and feeling I should have returned back.

3rd-day Nasimpati - Panchpokhari
I had good sleep than Deurali I woke with a good mood wishing for sunny weather at Panchpokhari when we’ll be there. I was wishing for it to view the bluish water for the first time ever and if the weather favored us we would visit the viewpoint so that tomorrow we shouldn’t have to visit there again. This was the important day for of all us because we were going to reach our destination Panchpokhari. Everyone woke up with a good mood, it was morning and sun had already risen, we missed the sunrise but we can view the Jugal, Dorje Lakhpa, and other mountain ranges, which added us excitement to walk so on. Before departing we had our tea and had pictures with the owner’s daughter. Then we began our trek at 7:40 am we just stuck at the point to snap the moments.
@Nasimpati
We spent about 20 minutes to capture the moments. After a satisfactory photo session, we began to walk. I was shocked to view the scattered paddy grains. I was stunned how grains might come here. I was willing to know the reason behind them to be at these places. I knew the reason after reaching the Panchpokhari where I interacted with hotel owners and reading information written pillars. We were walking in the rocky mountain and the way steeply and inclined uphill. I was recalling the trek to Gosainkunda because the way was similar when we were nearer to Gosainkunda pond that meant rocky and rocky ways. We could view the landslide areas and huge rocks were hanging in the rocky hills. While we were walking Kisham viewed the Lophophorus he just informed us to view it as we view birds disappeared in the bushes. After a second we saw the many pheasants we hurriedly capture the moments. We were congratulating each other on the view. Oh! We were so happy to view it and at 8:40 am we met up Sabin and Ashish they were returning from the Panchpokhari while we were moving towards it and before we dispersed we snapped our moments.
We farewell each other’s and walked in our own way. As we are moving up the way was getting inclined uphill but we were having a good view of rocky hills along with waterfalls. As soon we viewed the checkpoint we thought that we were at our destination but we felt we were being pranked because after reaching a welcome check post still, we had to walk about 45 minutes to reach Panchpokhari. We were just looking at each other’s and questioning where is the pond. As we are getting closer to the pond I found fog was closing towards us. I was praying for sunny weather but as we reached their fog covered the whole surrounding. We were at our destination at 10 am where I sat down at one of the hotel plinths with sorrow on the other side of mine Newari song was playing in the radio while Kisham was recording the moments. I was just having a bad mood due to foggy weather. I was not getting anything that I was told and I was expecting. We stayed there for 10 minutes then we moved to ahead for our hotel. As we reached their hotel owners told us you came here along with fogs. I was not happy about having foggy weather. I moved to the room and just lied down in the bed for 3 hours. I was just thinking about bluish water and view of Jugal and Lakhpa Dorje. Before I was onto sleeping, I was informing them to get in but Kisham and Aashib told me to visit the temple. I thought I should visit the temple so I joined them but due to foggy weather, we didn’t have a good view. As we reached there, Aashib worshiped and burnt down incense sticks. We snapped our few pics then Kisham and Aashib got busy in the photo session while I was interested to know the water origin as I investigate the water was coming out from the bottomed the temple and from the other side of the temple, I was surprised to view the water origination.
Panchpokhari Mahadev temple.
We returned from the temple and I questioned hotel owners about the water origination, he replied that this river is the origination of the Indrawati river. After listening to this we were shocked that the river flow via Melamchi is Indrawati river, not a Melamchi. We were cleared out that Melamchi is just the name of the place where we thought that the river name was Melamchi since form our childhood we heard about the Melamchi drinking water project of Melamchi river. But we were unknown that the river is Indrawati, not a Melamchi. The hotel owner had very good laughs hearing our confusion. He shared this information that only a lucky person can find paddy and can view a couple of swans. Woooo! Hearing that myth we just got excited to search paddy and swans. At 11:30 am we had our lunch along with two Nepalese trek guides. Lunch was better than Nasimpati and we had our lunch enjoying the firewood fire and I was informing Kisham to stay in the kitchen but he denied and got out for lunch enjoying the view. He answered me we may not get this kind of view so you better join us but I denied and they just engage in their own business. After lunch, I was feeling bore I was wishing for sunny weather but foggy was getting thicker than before so I moved to a room and got slept. Kisham and Aashib went to execute their plan of designing their name from stone that he carried from the Indrawati river of Melamchi and after that, they moved to circumambulate the pond.
 At 3:50 pm I woke up thinking that sun has come out and we should move for the viewpoint I was surprised that still, it was a day time. I went to roam the pond where I saw sunlight while I was moving I met up tent guys they offered me mushroom soup which washes so delicious and they informed us they were moving down. I farewell them wishing for a memorable trek. Then I moved to other sides of the pond where Kisham and Aashib along with two Nepalese trek guides were enjoying the moments. Everyone was interacting and sharing their experiences. As fogs got thicker we moved to a hotel. We round up the whole 5 ponds. After 30 minutes we reached to hotel and moved to the kitchen for getting warm and I began to interact with owners. Two Nepalese guides joined us and they began to drink a glass of wine. Newari songs were being played in radio. I was unknown about the time radio alerted at 5 pm. One of the guides saw sunlight so he thought we should move for the viewpoint. We hurriedly moved to the viewpoint for evening Mountain View.
Evening view Jugal and Dorje Lakhpa
We walked for 20 minutes we were at the midpoint I was feeling difficult to walk and breathe. So my speed was slowing down, Kisham was ahead so in order to reach the top I request him to climb hills. As he supported my proposal so, we began to climb hills with exhaustion.  In order to motivate us to guide shout with excitement, we felt jealous so we rise our climbing pace. After reaching then I felt my breathing has stopped and my heartbeat at a high pace. I held my breath and as I looked at the mountain my exhaustion just gone out.
I felt so happy to view the mountain which I was wishing from 5 hours. We viewed the comets which came out from the mountain and got disappeared in the cloud. Oh my god, those moments was just awesome and scary one. I thought what was that’s and what going on and I was imaging god has come out from the universe like in movies. We stayed there for 30 minutes and snapped our pictures.
@View point
Mountain was acting like poster, our pictures was being liked snapped in front of the poster. We were thanking each other for a memorable time and view .Spending for 30 minutes then we decided to get down with excitement. While we were getting down we saw the torchlight passing near to ponds. We answered them showing our torch rays towards them. Kisham shouted towards them and they answered us asking for direction to reach the hotel. We waited for them until they arrived towards us and along with them with moved to the hotel. Reaching the hotel we got surprised hotel owners were getting ready for a bonfire. We were excited to get heat from the bonfire then Kisham informed me to have dinner he alerted me like in Nasimpati but with a positive reaction. Wowwwww! What a mouthwatering relish’s taste after having a spoon of dinner I just show up my excitement. Dinner was so tasty that it beat up the taste of Ulleri that we had in our previous ABC trek. To enjoy the view and bonfire I depart to the fire area. I was enjoying fire and dinner then Kisham joined me answering a billion-star hotel. Yeah, it was a billion stars were shining in the sky. We were having the best time in the Panchpokhari. At 8 pm we get to our room last night at Panchpokhari. While we were sleeping hotel owners put an extra blanket to each and guest. I was just fascinated with his hospitality and behavior. I had deep and relax sleep like in a home. The day was quite boring but in the afternoon it was just full of thrill and excitement.

Day 4 Panchpokhari –Nasimpati- Chimmti
I had better sleep than other days, I woke with a fresh mind that we were directly moving to the viewpoint. As we got up we just departed to the viewpoint, everyone was feeling full excitement to view to the mountain and bluish water of Panchpokhari. We were moving to share our experience and other fun parts of life. I was wishing for a better view than yesterday’s evening view. Sun had already risen so we again missed the sunrise but we reached as we expected to be there. As we reached there, everyone was just stunned by the view. As hotel owners said that only lucky can see a couple of swans and I shouted with fun as I saw the ducks they were excited to see but it was duck which hotel owners told us. Everyone got a good laughed to enjoy the moments. We were enjoying the morning view. Mountains were just mesmerizing and fascinating to see. We were congratulating each others, we were much closed to the mountain which we can view from the roof of our home.
@View point
Without wasting time we began to have a continuous photo sessions.
We can view a close view of mountain Jugal and Dorje Lakpha as well as other mountains. As the sun rises up the water of the pond was getting bluish and we just captured the moments. Aashib was videoing the moments for his VLOG. We sat down in order to enjoy the view. We could view the base of the mountain and I was feeling like we could climb that mountain. We had a very memorable snap period and after 30 minutes Aayush arrived there, he showed his happiness which made the environment happier. We stayed there for 1hours and at 7 am we decided to get down. We were waving at a mountain that we shall visit again. We walked slowly silently gaining lots of memories and views. Reaching the hotel I just brush my teeth after 2 days I was having teeth brush where others were getting ready for descending. I found the water was quite luke than yesterday. I informed others to brush but they denied. After brushing I just had my tea and got ready for descending. At 8:30 am we departed from the hotel and moved for Chimmti before that Aashib was videoing the moments as it was over we just speed our pace to reach Chimtii before dusk. We were walking at a normal pace, the way was inclined downhill. So, everyone was getting hard to get down. I was using shortcuts in order to get rid of pout from the pain while descending downhill. We met up Aayush pals very soon as he departed from hotel 7 am. We were walking with fun that we are returning home. We were walking with safety so that we may not get our leg jammed or fractures. It took us 1.30 hours to reached Nasimpati and we were planning to have noodles after reaching there. But we got the information that noodle is out of stock so we decided to get down in order to save time.
@Nasimpati
Before we snapped our pictures with the mountain for last time. We shared our remaining chocolates with children of the Nasimpati hotel. They were very happy to meet us and they farewelled us with their smile which used to make our fun. I was heading up front and analyzing the pain that I had the day before yesterday when I walked. I was thinking unless and until we reached the river we had uphill and downhill trail which would be harder for descending. I was waiting for them at the stupa where one can move to the Chautara trail. We had a few moments rest and plan we would have our tiffin only at the riverside. As planning we kept us moving and I was using shortcuts way to get rid out of pain. We were recalling the moments that we had on the second day while we were walking in this same trail. We were recalling the way we had just past and analyzing the upcoming trial. As we got closer to the river the noise of flowing water was getting higher we reached in time as we planned. Soon reaching to the river I just got down into the river for cold water therapy oh shit the water too cold that I felt it ll melted our leg. I was unable to dip my leg so I informed Kisham Aashib to take precaution. Water was too colder than I was expecting we had our remaining biscuits and noodles. We rested there for 30 minutes. Now the way was quite flat than before due to which our pace was increasing. I was viewing the checkpoint – white flag and hills that we had recently crossed. Hills were so higher that I was thinking about how we passed that. I was staring at hills for a moment when Kisham informed me that he was enjoying the trek and moments. We were very close to Tupi  Danda. On the I was stunned to meet a person but I forget that he was Sinkey owner of Tupi Danda hotel. He was there to fetch out water and we spent 10 minutes to irrupt him. He was just getting irritation from our behavior as we were dragging him bust he was enjoying instead of getting angry. He sold out a chicken in 2500 he was surprised to know how we knew it. I gave up him the remaining Churpi and chocolate and joining him we moved to his hotel to take rest. As we reached there 3 trekkers were passing through us Kisham interacted with them and they told us that they were to going to Panchpokhari. We found most of the trekker group  were in 2 or 3 in numbers. We informed them to carry water and be alerted if anyone advises them to move to Panchpokhari on that same day. We dispersed at the same time and we felt that we were very close to Deurali. Way still quite easy due to which were having good speed. I found different vibes even we were in Deurali we were getting confused about where was the hotel. I was searching for the water pipe but it was not there. Toilet was being reconstructed so we got mirage even zinc of hotel was painted which we hadn’t notice before. We met up the hotel owner of the Deurali hotel and I thought to walk ahead because I was having severe pain in my stomach due to hunger. I was waiting for them at stupa while they arrived I was enjoying the 10 years old plowing the field. I was thinking he was enjoying his life even having a harsh life schedule. I waited for them for 5 minutes as they arrived I walked ahead until we reached the suspension bridge. We took our final snap in the bridge as crossing the bridge unofficially our trek would get over.
@Chimmti suspension bridge
Kisham was enjoying nature’s beauty and waterfalls, where along with Aashib I moved to the hotel at exactly 4pm we reached our hotel 1 hour earlier than our expected time. But we were shocked to view that there was not a bus and we got information that the bus hadn’t arrived yet. As reaching the hotel I moved to search charging port for fitting port for charging but I found there was no electricity. I was feeling about what is happening. So to get peace we ordered up noodles and bus arrived while we were having our noodles. I was having noodles with fun recalling the whole trek. At 5 pm I got to room along with an electricity supply was on which made us so happy but after second again the light was gone. Light on and off was taking place for minutes and after full electricity, I moved to get a bath. As night rose up the cold was rising up. Kisham and Aashib were interacting with two trekkers who were going to Panchpokhari. They came to our room for pictures we had snapped. I was so stunned to listen up their language. I was not getting any words which they end up they told that is their code word. Then after everyone got out for viewing cricket while I was writing up a daily trek diary. At 7 pm we had a very nice dinner with chicken curry. Everyone was enjoying the dinner and moments. While we were having dinner hotel owner of Panchpokhari along with Aayush and his pal arrived with some struggle. After dinner, I got to the room where Aashib and Kisham was interacting with local cricket team board members. In the room, I was enjoying the pictures that we had snapped during our trek. Soon after everyone just gets slept out unknowingly after noise.

Day 5 Chimmti –Melamchi- Sankhu- Changu- Bhaktapur
Finally, the day has come to return home. I woke up so early but I found no one had woke up so I played a mobile for hours. At 6 am everyone woke with full excitement to depart. Our bag was already packed so we moved to the dining hall for our tea. We were wishing for milk tea in order to have puff but due to the unavailability of milk, we had puff along with black tea. We didn’t enjoy what we were expecting. Bus staff was watching wrestling due to which we were 30 minutes late than our departed time. At 8:30 am we moved to Kathmandu and I found the bus was getting overcrowded. Oh shit, I forgot that reason behind getting the crowd was there was only a bus from Chimmti to depart Kathmandu. We were feeling pity for them and Kisham was thanking God to be born in Bhaktapur. Seeing their problem we just felt that problems which we used to get in pitch road are nothing in comparison to this unpitched earthen road. We were not able to view the exhaustions of passenger so Kisham closes his eyes. I was staring at the mountain and wishing to be there again. The bus was traveling at its own speed and the crowd was getting high until Bhotang was crossed. The co-driver was collecting the fares while another was seating in the seat instead of providing seats to passengers. I found everyone on the bus was getting sleep but I was not getting slept, instead of sleeping I was enjoying the moments and thinking about the lunch at Melamchi and frequently looking at the watch. Kisham woke and began to enjoy the view; we were comparing river color and hills size. As river water noise raised up we felt that we were neared to Melamchi.
@Indrawatiriver,Melamchi
In the first day of our trek we reached Melamchi at 9:50AM but on the last day we reached Melamchi at 12:13pm and after reaching Melamchi we moved to the river for getting fresh then we moved to Gunsa hotel for our most awaited moments. But I forget that high expectation usually hurts like that I was hurt when I didn’t get expected chicken stock like on the first day. Keeping silently I had my lunch but my mood was being changed I was feeling like why I had to expect. We moved to buy water but we found that co-driver was waiting for us where our bus ready to moved forward so they didn’t let us buy the water and compel to get in the bus. The bus was parked only for 50 minutes but we were expecting like the first day due to which we missed the thing which we were expecting to do. Now onwards way was slightly better than Chimmti, due to which speed was rising up and the road was even vehicles less. The bus was moving so peaceful that there wasn’t a crowd like in the Chimmti to Bhotang. I was comparing 1st-day travel and last day which was completely different because on the first day we were like unknown about the place but while returning we were like we know things than before. We viewed and reached to the base of the mountain which still I can view from the bus. But I was still confused about the name of the mountains. So I thought after reaching I would google for the exact name. We crossed Melamchi municipality at 1 pm and then Shankharapur municipality of Kathmandu did begin. I felt so happy that we were so close to our home but very unknowingly we reached Jaharsingh pauwa from where I can see the Changu hills of Bhaktapur.Kisham woke in order to ask whether we were at Jaharsingh pauwa or not and he was surprised to view the place. The co-driver advised me to get off at Sankhu and get the bus from weather from Telkot or Changu. I was thinking the same but Kisham and Aashib decision matters. I told them about the idea to get a bus from Telkot or Changu and they replied we would think and I consoled them we would be there only if something goes wrong. Then I saw from Jaharsingh pauwa, one of the female ladies caught up the bus with her baby I thought she was carrying only a daughter then I found she was struggling to manage her another baby. Oh my god, seeing her pathetic condition we escorted her daughter to our seat.
Drama queen
As we got her she changed our face. Before she cried we gave her a chocolate. She was enjoying chocolates even though it was unfolded.Kisham and I, we both were viewing her act what she would do after completion of her chocolate .As we expected she cried dramatically hahahahhaa.. We tried to console her but she didn’t know that we knew her drama while her drama began. We gave her to her mother where her brother was escorted by another female passenger. As she got to her mother and began to play. We got very good moments after her arrival on the bus. From Jaharsingh pauwa to Sankhu way better than others way and unexpectedly at 3 pm we reached Sankhu but unfortunately, bus and truck has been collided before 15 minutes earlier we reached there. I was asking the decision whether to move forward or get on the bus until jammed was cleared out. Kisham agreed my proposed therefore Aashib compelled to join us and we began our hike at 3:35pm choosing Changu route to get back to Bhaktapur because from Changu we could even reach home by walking because it is just 5 km from there. Changu was even 5 km far from Sankhu, I was enjoying the flat land walking. I was motivating them to walk slowly so that speeds wouldn’t go down. As we crossed the bridge over Sali Nadi Bhaktapur border began. We got a smile that we were reaching home very soon but uphill just decreased our speed even it made us exhausted.
Ascending to /Descending from Changu
It took us about 1 hour to reach Changu road. We planned that we would be walking until and unless the bus would arrive. I was walking with Kisham asking about the experiences of the trek, he was happy to trek and still thanking God to be born in Bhaktapur. Aashib was walking at his own pace and at point distance between was like 500 m due to which we were unable to see him. After walking for 1km we were about to pass the shortcut certainly bus arrived but we didn’t see Aashib and we got into the bus hoping that he would be there. Ahahahahaha at 4:50 pm we got on the bus and got good laughed that he found him on the bus with pathetic reaction, then everyone takes his own seat to get relaxed. After 10 minutes by bus at 5 pm we reached Dekocha where I found that we were two hours ahead than our expected time to reach home, we were expected to reach at 7 pm if we took a bus from Makalbari then from Chabahil. But changing plan saved our time even we have a good hike from Sankhu to Changu. We dispersed from there and we moved to own home, this day was Laxmi puja the 3rd day of the Tihar, the surrounding was so mesmerizing that we could view everyone's house being lighted up with colorful light and everyone was busy on creating Mandala. As we reached Suryemadhi there was a crowd of people until we crossed Chyamasingh road. Oh my god, the road was full of vendors and buyers buying fruits for the Tihar ceremony. We were walking with excitement that we are at home. It took us 15 minutes to reach home from Dekocha. After getting to the room I just cleared out all stuff for washing and after that, I went to get fresh. Parents were so happy to meet us and we shared our experiences having relishing mutton dinner. Like in the trek days I got very deep sleep. This is how I ended up my Panchpokhari trek.
Overall, I found this trek was difficult and destination still needs effective management to boost up tourism of this place. Hotels should add up for conducting24/7 trekking like in other trekking routes. Personally in this trek, I didn’t get anything which I expected and I was told about it but I am glad totrek to Panchpokhari which has been pending  from for 7 years since I visited Gosainkunda in the year 2011 AD.

Yenya Punhi -Indra Jatra

Yenya Punhi falls in the end of Bhadra (August/September). Both Hindus and Buddhists unite to celebrate the festival of Indra Jatra with great enthusiasm. It is one of the festivals of classical dances. It is on this very day when one is able to observe numerous varieties of traditional dances.The festival is dedicated to Lord Indra; the king of heaven.This is a week long festival that starts after erection of Yosin, a ceremonal pole.An idol of Indra is displayed at various places. Indra's hands are seen tied up by rope just like those of thieves.Although he looks like a thief, people do not hate him, instead the idol is worshipped because Indra admitted his sin and blessed the city.
According to legend, Lord Indra came to Kathmandu disguised as an ordinary man and tried to steal a special flower called "Parijat" for his mother. Local tantriks, with their power of tantras caught him red handed and bound his hands. Later, after he confessed his sin and made ready to bless the city, he was released. And, people began to celebrate the Indra Jatra festival.
On the first day, the president of Nepal also pays homage to Goddess Kumari.The crowd of excited people from performers to spectators engulfs the streets of kathmandu during this festival. Many processions take place in this festival. The main attraction of this festival is the procession of chariots and masked dancers representing deities and demons.Mainly in this procession following takes part:
Majipa Lakhey:
Majipa Lakhey is a special Lakhey. He is also known as the peaceful Bhairav. The dance of this lakhey takes place only in the week of full moon of Yenlaa month of Nepal Sambat. This lakhey is considered to be the protector of the children in Kathmandu. The Lakhe dancer wears a mask with a scary face and has red hair. He runs and dances recklessly around the city during the festival and is also supported by a man holding a flaming torch and a musical band.
According to stories passed down the generaions, a lakhey is supposed to have fallen love with a girl from Majipa.So, the demon takes form of a human and enters the city to see his beloved. Upon knowing the fact that the person is a lakhey, the people capture the lakhey and present him to the king. The king makes a proposal to the demon that he will grant him a place in the city if he vows to preserve the childern from other demons and participate in the annual Yanyaa Punhi Jatra.The Lakhey agrees and is supposed to reside in majipa ever since. Due to this reason he used to pay with homage by native Newar people of Kathmandu. Lakhey generally belong to demon clan but due to his sacrifice he was renowned as Shanty (peace) Bhairav .Currently using mask of Lakhey is not a original one .The real mask was theft in 1973 which is large and consists of diamond in his forehead. The diamond was donated by Junga Bhadur Rana as it was believed that he was being saved by Lakhey when he was in cyclone while travelling to London. The weight of mask is approximately 20 kg and attires weight approximately 30-40 kg and during Indra jatra ,well- wisher  usually visits home of Lakhey with a request to be a Lakhey in order to perform.

Pulukisi (or Tanakisi)

The hollow painted elephant. Three people go inside an elephant costume and start their journey in a wild way accompanied by a man holding a flaming torch and a musical band. The Pulukisi appears once in a year during this festival from Kilagal.All the local people basically children are very happy to see the dance of the pulukisi. Many of local persons also do worship pulukisi as regarding as the ganesh god.

Sawan Bhaku
Sawan Bhaku is claimed to be god so are workshipped by local persons. Sawan Bhaku wears mask with red cultural dress. One of them carries the sharped weapon and comes in blue dress.he is reagarded as Bhairab. They shows dance in many places.The most interesting thing is that during puja the raw eggs are also devoted to Sawan bhaku,and they just eat the raw eggs and get drink too much wine. Most amazing thing is that their health is not affected due to lots of raw eggs and too much wine. It is said to be encarnation of the god in them in the time of wearing the mask.

Chariots of Ganesh, Bhairab and Kumari
Three chario ts of Ganesh, Bhairab and Kumari is pulled around Kathmandu during the Yanya Punhi in series wise.It is said that the chariots of ganesh and Bhairab is taken for the protection of Kumari god. Kumari is considered to be only one living goddess in Nepal, the bodily incarnation of Taleju Bhawani.She is a Hindu goddess but Kumari is represented by a Buddhist girl of the Shakya, a clan within the Newar community. A chariot carrying Kumari is pulled around Kathmandu during Indra Jatra. The tradition was started by the last Malla King of Kathmandu, Jaya Prakash Malla.
Along with above processions festivals, including the Procession of Goddess-Mahakali, Mahalaxmi and Dasha Avatara masked dances are staged in Kathmandu Durbar Square, near the Kumari Temple. The "Dasha Avatara" refers to the ten incarnations of Lord Vishnu who is one of the Hindu's Holy trinity
Gigantic mask of Aakash Bairab represented by a massive mask spouting beer and liquor is also displayed in this festival. Households throughout Kathmandu display images and sculptures of Indra and Bhairab only at this time of year.After the chariots of godess are pulled around the Kathmandu, people moves towards the mask to have drop of beer and liqor spouted throught that mask as (prasad) of Asak bhairab.
This festival is also observed by the Newars as a day to remember the family members who passed away during the past year by offering small oil lamps along a traditional route covering all the parts of the old city. It is believed to have been started during the reign of Mahendra Malla.
The excitement of the festival of Indra Jatra comes to an end on the last evening of the festival when the long wooden pole erected on the first day is lowered with religious ceremonies, animal sacrifices and ritual gestures.

Chitlang-Markhu-Sikhali Hike 2018 September 7-8

During my tourist guide the training I found my colleagues were so motivated and expert in their own field. Half of my pals were senior to me, only a few of us were of the same level and same educational background. Among my training pals, I have a good bonding with Ganesh and Hari Raj. We were having good bonding from the training trip. We used to have an instant hike plan during our training session. Our first hike was Champadevi which was desired by me and then we planned to visit while we were on our hike at Shivapuri national park. But unfortunately, Ganesh missed due to his own busy schedule but I met new pals Aashish Bhatta. Along with him, we hiked to Champadevi-Bhasamsur -Machegaun hike. Then after that, we planned to hike Jamacho Nagarjun but due to BIMSTEC we just postponed it. As per our planning in case we have to miss Jamacho, then we shall hike the next week to “Chitlang-Markhu-Sikhali  Hike”.
And here goes our two days one night Chitlang-Markhu-Sikhali  hike experiences:
Motive: To hike around Kathmandu valley.
Hike members: Aashish Bhatta, Ganesh Aacharya, Hari Raj Bajracharya
Hike diary
1st Day 2018 Sept 7  Chandragiri-Chitlang-Markhu.

 I woke up with the nightmare that my pals left me due to being late. I was so worried and looked up the time it was just 4:50 am. I was sleepless so I decided to get ready for a hike. I moved to  bus-stop to catch the bus it took one hour to reach Kalanki but I was surprised that no one has arrived there so I called Hari. He was on the way after meeting up we waited for the rest of the pals were but they took time to reached Kalanki so I decided to move Hari's apartment to utilize the leisure. We got a call from Aashish that he was waiting for us. We moved to meet up him at the bus stop and after meeting him we discussed hike. While we were discussing Chandragiri we were recalling Prithivi Narayan Shah's strategy of how he succeeds to rule Kathmandu valley. I was informed that I am not going to enjoy Chandragiri because it was the place from where Prithivi Narayan Shah viewed Kathmandu valley and ruled Kathmandu with war and betraying companion home Bhaktapur. Aashish was feeling proud that Gorkhali ruled over Kathmandu valley and I was reminded that Prithvi Narayan Shah succeeds betraying his own companionship father Ranjit Malla, the last Malla king of Bhaktapur. He banished Ranjit Malla is an option and as per his own last wish offered by Prithvi Narayan Shah, he moved to Banaras from the Chandragiri (it is the place from where Ranjit Malla viewed Bhaktapur for last time singing a tragic song with tears in his eyes and moved to southern plain). So we concluded that Chandragiri was the key place for Shah and a bad omen for Malla. We discussed it for 45 minutes than Ganesh joined and we just caught a bus to move Chandragiri checkpoint. It took us 30 minutes to reach the checkpoint. We walked for a few meters and decided to have breakfast and some stuff. We spent 30 minutes for our breakfast then we began our hike at 8 am.

We were moving crossing Chandragiri cable car point and enjoying the movement of the cable cars. Hari raj was leading us. This was his 3rd time to visit Chandragiri so he was well known about hike trail. We were continuously walking for 45 minutes and at Chautara we had rest to gain energy to climb uphill. I was sweating and getting minor pain in the left knee. Resting for a few minutes we decided to hike uphill and I was shocked that we were climbing such a narrow inclined uphill. I was getting exhausted and just waiting for a plain way to take rest. We were waking in the middle of the jungle with peace and that I felt that we were only in the hike but suddenly I heard a noise from other hikers’. I have relaxed somebody was there to interact to wash out walking uphill’s frustration. But they were at the end of the jungle, I was feeling like I should quit the hike because it was so exhausting trails. Climbing for hours we reached plain areas where I energized myself motivating I should walk and walk to reach the destination. We were getting a clear view of Thankot so we snapped the moments. Construction of the road was going, we viewed the Chitlang from the midpoint which was our next destination of the hike. We took a left for Chandragiri but the way was too slippery and inclined. At 10:30 am we reached Chandragiri and had a debate on the same topic which was occurred at Kalanki that took place between me and Ashish. We were not having a good view due to foggy weather and discussed what kind of view Prithivi got due to which he wished to be a king of Kathmandu valley. Everyone was snapping the pictures where Ganesh and Ashish were taking their pictures with dummy Nepalese women in Teej attires. They were requesting me to take with the dummy but I was refusing them because it was too funny and seem the same as women’s. We moved forward for Gonga-dya (rooster deity)and I saw the settlement lies below Bhasmasur hills so I was wishing for a clear view to view Bashmasur uphill where we hiked 2weeks before. We spent there for 30 minutes and before leaving we snapped a selfie for memory.

At 11am we departed to Chitlang hiking downhill. It lies at the southwest of Kathmandu at an elevation of 2410m and it is a place where oldest clan Gopalis are living here. The route was the main ancient route with historical importance and was the gateway to the southern part of Nepal before the opening Prithivi highway. Hari was describing that the way in which we were hiking was a historical trail, mean this trail was used by Prithvi Narayan Shah to reach Chandragiri and  it was the way to bring first vehicles from Amlekhgunj to Kathmandu. I found this trail was one of the funny parts where everyone was attacked by leeches and the way was so steep which made it difficult to balance our body to walk. Hikers were slipping except me which making me laughed viewing their effort to get rid out from and leech as well as balancing their body to not be slipped. I stirred salt over their shoes to get rid out of the leeches. We were walking with fun and teasing each other to increase the pace of walking. I was so thankful for nature because the weather was so cool and slight windy which I was expecting from the beginning of the hike. I was feeling so happy that I was walking in the historical trail with desirable weather. It took us 3 hours to reach Chitlang and this trail follows to Markhu village then to Indrasarovar largest manmade “Lake of Nepal”.

Chitlang nature and settlement

We were feeling so happy that we can still view the traditional houses and lifestyles which we have-not got a chance to view in our training field visit of Kathmandu valley.
 We were searching the perfect place to have our tiffin and suddenly we were stuck at stone spout looking spout I instantly name the spout “Gujrjudhara’. Hearing the spout name Hari raj was so surprised to know it. Before this, he had not noticed the spout and unknown about it. He asked how did I know the name. I replied that I knew it from Nagarik newspaper where it used to share new places description in every Saturday paper and it informed me that this is the place where Laxmi Prasad Devkota wrote his Yatri poem.
Gurjudhara
He was double surprised to know another interesting fact and to clear his query I showed him a factual board where it was written the same facts what I told him before. He was so happy that he replied thanking me for sharing facts before this hike he was unknown about the facts. He told me this hike is complete knowledge gaining than before. Ganesh and Ashish joined us but they missed the description. We moved to the place where everyone used to snap their pictures in pears farm forest. I was so eagerly waiting for it and walking 30 minutes from Gurjudhara we reached the pears farm forest where I was wishing to be there. I was so surprised that it was pears farming forest before this I was thinking of natural coniferous forest. I was jumping with fun and snapping was continuous. I was lying down to enjoy the peace and purity of nature listening to the Newari song.

Pears forest farm, Chitlang
Hari was preparing tiffin where Ganesh Ashish was busy snapping the pictures. We spent 30 minutes on an organic farm listening to the Newari song “tuyu tuyu dhagu musu musu kagu”. I was listening to this song from the beginning of the hike but I was surprised that they were no getting irritated from the song instead of that they were interested in knowing what song was about. I was translating each and every word into Nepali. We were so lucky that the weather was favoring us due to which we were having unique pleasant moments. Ganesh was wishing to visit first goat cheese farming but we rest of was not wishing it so we decided to move further. We were walking at our own pace enjoying the view and weather. It was my first visit to Chitlang, I was feeling that I should visit it again because I was so fascinated with weather and landscapes. Walking for 30 minutes we reached a point where we can view the map to move Hetauda. But when I noticed we just walked only 16km from Thankot then I just felt pity that I thought we have walked more than 16km. Ganesh consoling me it might be a mistake because it may depend upon how it was measured. We moved left toward Markhu where we were going to spend our night. The way was so amazing that it seems like Jhinu of the ABC route. We were walking uphills and downhills. I was recalling my ABC trek because landscapes were similar to it. I was listening to music to get rid out of sprain because my left knew was not supporting me. It was making it difficult to climb and to get down. I joined Hari he told me that we are very close to the lake because we can view the lake. I felt relaxed that we are at our destination on time. I was wishing for boating as soon as possible. We reached there at 3:27pm and along with Hari we were searching for the room but we were not getting good responses from lodges’. I don’t found cheerfulness instead that they are acting as rudeness but we need room so we decided to stay in lodges facing their un-cheerfulness. I don’t found cleanliness in the lodge so I was not feeling good and I was consoling myself juts only one night then tomorrow we were leaving. We wished to move for waterfalls but we got the information that boating will stop at 5 pm so we decided to go for boating instead of waterfalls.
Indrasarovar view from the hill
Indrasarovar lake is zoned rockfill dam with inclined core type of dam, with 114m dam height, 406 crest width, embankment volume 4419348 m3, and distance of 7km. It is the largest manmade lake of Nepal which was established in 2034 B.S and complete in 2039 BS. Its project cost was us $ 117.84milloin fund supported by World Bank and Kuwait bank. We moved to the ticket counter to boating to get tickets. As the same, we had to wait for staff and he was not cheerful. We carried our life jackets and moved for the lake we waited for our boat driver for 5 minutes, we are just feeling what the heck is going on. We met a teenage driver and moved for boating but it was just for 30 minutes which was insufficient for us we were wishing for extra 30 minutes.
I was interacting with the driver but he was not interested to interact so I stopped interacting and talked with my pals. I was feeling people over here were lacking cheerfulness and hospitality quality. We were having good moments while boating and after boating, we were just confused about what to do after that so as per planned we moved to the suspension bridge. We bought some drinks and moved to the next part of the lake. We spent there for 20 minutes and started discussing the place and behavior of people over here. Before leaving back to the hotel we kept maintaining silence for 5 minutes listening to songs and after completion of music, we moved to the hotel for getting fresh. It was 6 pm, we were in a dilemma whether to get in a room or to enjoy the moments as per voting we moved to the lakeside with other drinks. We spent there for one-hour drinking drinks and soaking our leg in the lake. We were feeling that we were having more enjoyment than a training trip. We were sharing each annoyed and happiest moments of the day. I was enjoying the wave of the lake along with the music. I found everyone was in nano hangover so we decided to move to a hotel because I felt that I was bitten by leeches along with that my pant was getting wet. We moved to the hotel but fun was still in high pitch because from another part of the lake we heard someone playing music which attracted Hari, Ganesh, and Aashish to get dance so they moved to the roof to dance. But I was not joining them because the pain was getting extreme in my left knee. So I was enjoying the moments uploading pics in the social network. At 8:15 pm we had our dinner I was missing the dinner of the training trip because we used to get open chicken curry but here we are getting only a small bowl of chicken curry. I was wishing for extra chicken curry stock and the staff was Newar so I interact within Newari but she replied with fun that your Newari languages tone might deteriorate her pure Newar languages and the rest of the guys got good jokes to laugh at me. After our dinner, we just got in the bed and had slept, and this how we ended our first day of the hike.
Indrasarovar

2nd Day 2018 Sept 8   Markh- Kulekhani dam-Sikhali .

As per the itinerary, we woke up at 5am and I felt that everyone had a good sleep. I was enjoying the social network where the rest of the pals were enjoying the morning view and snapping nature and getting ready too. After getting ready we moved to had tea oh! god, not again the owner was getting angry over the staff as well as they were not showing a good response to us. I requested Hari to move from there as soon as possible. The owner was in fussy to us that the key was missing I told them that I had put in the door but they were not confirmed so they were getting rude to us. We left the hotel at 7 am and after crossing uphills I was requesting Hari to snap my last pic with the lake. There I saw jeep was arriving so hurriedly I requested Hari to ask for a lift. Oh my god, they just accepted our request and gave us lift up to the Kulekhani dam. I was interacting with the members of the jeep they told me that they were staff of hydropower and they were going for the dam. I felt good to interact with them because they were cheerful and responses were continuous. Lift saved our two hours because if we didn’t get the bus we had to walk to the Kulekhani dam but we were lucky that we got the jeep.
We spent there for 45 minutes and I was recalling my trip to Rautahat in 2011 when I saw the dam from the below for the first time but this time I was at the top of the dam where I can see a way to Hetauda. We were at the end of the dam where water usually flows downwards through a penstock to generate electricity. We returned to the bus stop but we were getting in trouble what should to do to return Kathmandu because we were not capable to walk 40 km to reach Kathmandu. The bus should be at 9 am but it was not arriving so we decided to move and then get into the bus wherever it will arrive. We began to walk and we walked continuously for hours crossing 1 km. At 9:50am we reached Salle where we decided to wait for the bus. At exact 10 am we took the bus and moved to Kathmandu. It took us two hours to reach Pharping. I was interacting with local travelers and I found they were happy even having a problem and fewer facilities which made me think about the perception of people. I was interacting along listening songs to get rid out of anxiety on the bus. The two hours’ drive was so hard and anxious time for everybody, I was smiling looking exhausted faces of pals. I was in agony to get rid out of the bus after viewing the Kathmandu valley. At exact 12 pm we reached Pharping but it was still a few km to reach Sim bhanjyang and to move hydropower from where we had to hike reaching to Khokana. At 12:10 we got out of the bus. I was thanking God for safe travel and then we straight moved to Pharping hydropower. I was informing pals that could see dharahara from here to make joke and I was unknown that local just heard it and he was answering me brother where was it. I replied I was just joking and everyone got a good laugh. We were in hunger, Hari moved in search of a shop where we had our noodles but the same as before owners are not showing good behavior to us even noodles were not tasty. We asked them about the way to Khokana, as per their direction we hiked to Sikhali, Khokana.

Left to right Pharping-Champadevi hill -Kritipur -Khokana
Sikhali was our, most wished place to visit after our training session. I was informing everyone if we were on time we shall visit Sikhali and as per my planning, I was leading the way. We were moving downhill from Pharping pond to bank of Bagmati river. It was so perfect landscape with the wind was blowing well which motivated us to increase our pace. After reaching the road I was so anxious in search of the bridge to cross Bagmati. We walked for 30 minutes to be the bridge and after crossing the bridge I was unknown to reach Sikhali. We used to ask whoever passed to us. We were waking in hot sunny weather due to this everyone was in frustration. I was enjoying the agony of weather and viewing the road construction thinking natures are getting destroyed for the sake of development. Hills was excavating for the construction of road due to this project hectare of fertile land going to get washed out and as well Bungamati-Khokana village festivals tradition is in extinction. After crossing the place where the hills were excavated, we stuck at the moment where we should go now, we were getting frustrated for each other due to unknown about way. We were getting up down in search of way. We asked help from the bikers he told the way was below the bushes so I hurriedly got down but I wasn’t getting the way. One of the women hurriedly approached us and showed us the way. I was so thankful to her, due to her help we were going to move on the right track instead of the wrong track to Bungamati. The way was below the bushes due to which I was confronting with Ganesh. Actually, he was right about it he wasn’t confirmed about the way where it was.  According to the women he was on the right track but he was unable to find out the way. He told me during festivals local people used to move via farm areas. Listening to his word I got the pictures of a group of Newari women moving to the temple via farm area. I felt he was right because we were walking in the middle of the paddy farm. I was feeling so happy that I haven’t thought I would walk in the paddy farm, it was beyond imagination.
Khokana paddy farm
 Pals misplaced the way so they got to return back and again I led the way. I was walking with Hari informing I was very happy with the environment and suddenly I got stuck in a muddy way. I was laughing that it would be hard for everyone to cross the muddy way and compel to put off their shoes to cross the mud way. Our destination was getting very close to us. It took us 3 hours to reach Srikali from Pharping. If we had started our hike from Bansbari then we would have reached sooner than this but we were unknown about the Bansbasri. Everyone was happy to walk in an unknown way and we reached the rest point where we were unknown where to move, I was staring at the east where I saw Rudrayani School and reminding interaction with locals I stared at the north direction where I saw the pinnacles of Srikali temple. I was in over-excitement to reach temple so, along with Hari we moved downhills but again we were in option way whether to choose the long or short way, I interacted with a local teenage boy and his response was so motivating and he even told that this lies small Khokana and big Khokana. Listening to his words Hari and I was just speechless because we were not informed during our training visit. We just thanked him for his help and information and moved to the temple, as per his direction. We reached Sikhali at 3.08 pm but we were shocked to view the couple, group gathering, and enjoying their time. I was feeling so lucky that we reached our destination within time and when we reached to periphery of the temple there we found litter around the rest house. We were cursing those who did it and ignoring the bad part we begin to snap the pictures. I was acting like deer jumping here there with happiness because I had accomplished my wish to be at Sikhali.
GHK@Sikhali
It was my wish to be here from the day I knew about Sikhali. Ganesh described the nature of the temple but the confrontation between us rises up. He was right that the main idol used to be on the 2nd floor of the temple but he was unknown that god idols are kept in particular god home called “dya chen” (home of deity). He was not satisfied with my answer so he sketched the gods home and I knew what he was talking about. I reminded him the place where it was then he was crystal clear about Sikhali temple and its home. I told him that during Dashain, here at Sikhali periphery mask of Sikhali are presented. I reminded him of the pictures and he got clear about jatra too.
At 3:30 pm we left Sikhali before leaving I requested Ganesh to take my last snap then we moved Magargaun for tiffin. On the way, I washed my leg in the pond and local man interfered with me why I was washing my leg in drinking water source, I replied I was unknown about that. Ganesh was in anger with the person due to his undesirable answer. I consoled him and told him to move forward. I was not happy to walk in a concrete way and showing anger to guys to get rest as soon as possible. We reached the bus stop at 4pm and moved to the shop for our tiffin but like before momo was not tasty but we received good hospitality. I request the shop staff to snap our last pictures.

We were thanking each other and informing them to get ready for another hiking. We then caught our bus at 4:30 pm. I was interacting with Ashish but he was not answering well so I stopped it and moved forward to get another bus at Ekantakuna for Bhaktapur. Everyone had to a farewell to each other and I took the bus for the Bhaktapur bus at 5pm. I found the bus was fully packed and I was expecting this going to be more packed. I was recalling, my all the moments of hike. People over Makawanpur were happy even having problem but here people are not even satisfied having all the facilities. I was analyzing hike –local people and others moments with deeply which remind 4 noble truths of Buddha. At 6 pm I reached and hurriedly moved to get ready for watching Nepal vs. Bangladesh match of SAFF championship.  I was uploading my hike pictures side by side watching the match.
            Luckily we won the game and moved to the semifinal and after completion of the game I moved to get sound sleep and this is how I ended up my hike. I found my pals were honest and helpful in nature. We used to plan and before executing it we used to ask permission from all of the members. This quality helped us to get united in obstacles and accomplished hike with memorable experiences.
